FOUR CAVITY UNIT
This unit is designed for cars and can be built to suit any size of tyre
(tire). It can take four wheels at one time and should heat a tyre
to around 75oC in approximately 7-9 minutes. Power is 15kw 3 phase. Controls
are simple
"set & forget" where you set the temperature you require,
switch on the machine and leave it. The microwaves will heat the tyre
to the correct level and then automatically reduce the power to a trickle
and hold it at that heat until the wheel is required.
TWO CAVITY UNIT
Although this is designed for motor bike use, it can be built to take
car tyres (tires) where a team is on a tight budget and they can, by
using blankets, keep up with heated tyres as and when required. Both
models have the "set
& forget" technology. The bike unit can be run from two 13amp
plugs taking a total of 5kw between them. The car unit will 8kw
3 phase
GO KART UNIT
This consists of a well designed insultated box, capable of taking four
Go Kart tyres (tires). Once the lid is closed the wheel are revolved
through our unique and patented Black Heat emitters and can be heated
to 70oC within 6-8 minutes. A IR temperature sensor provides the operator
with the correct knowledge of the tyre (tire) situation at all times.
Power requirements - 5kw using two 13amp plugs
DRAGSTER UNIT
Designed to be used in the collecting area, just prior to going to the
start. The rear of the car is jacked up and special insulated blankets
are placed over the wheels to create two cavities. A high powered Black
Frequency emitter is part of the frame work holding the blankets and
the wheels are revolved through this energy. The large Dragster Tyres
(tires) are heated to 75oC within 10-12 minutes. Power requirements
will be 5kw from a petrol generator.
ON-BOARD BLACK FREQUENCY(TM)
SYSTEM
This system consists of four Black Frequency emitters with special fixing
panels complete with safety mesh to protect the emitters, four IR Sensors,
cable and magic box. The magic box controls the temperature of the
tyres by automatically turning on or off the emitters as each of the
sensors registers the surface heat of the tryes (tires) - the box is
manually turned on or off by the driver. Fixing of this system is the
team's responsibility under our guidance, as only the team knows exactly
where everything can be fitted.
